At TeePixel, we want you to love what you wear! Each product is custom-made especially for you, which means we cannot offer returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or there’s an issue with the printing quality, we’re here to help.
1. Order Issues – Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Misprinted
- Defective or faulty
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.
To process your claim, email us at support@teepixel.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we’ll send out a replacement or process your refund as soon as possible.
2. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order seems to be delayed or missing, reach out to us at support@teepixel.com. We’ll investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner (Gelato) and arrange a replacement if needed.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Since all TeePixel products are made on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a product issue as outlined above. Please double-check your order details, including sizing and shipping address, before confirming your purchase.
4. Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee cancellation requests after this window.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
